Another bungie and flames question?

If i have recon and i win at bungie vs world will i get flaming recon ????

You can get recon. But to get the Body armor that enables flames (it looks kinda like E.V.A body armour but it has flames around the neck making it look like the head is flaming.) you need to be employed by bungie. Then you can wear whatever helmet you want and it will be "flaming". OR you could pre-order the legendary edition of Halo:Reach which comes with a spartan multiplayer skin which is also the "flaming" head. ^.^
