How do I play level 7 on Youda Sushi Chef?

I've been playing Youda Sushi Chef on miniclip.com. It's really fun but eventually, a customer comes along asking for my restaurant's "Special". There is nothing in my recipe book. How do I make the special?

The recipe should actually be in the recipe book. When I played, it was at the end of the book on a page by itself. For the first restaurant the special recipe calls for 4 x Zushi (rice), 2 x Nori, 1 x Ikura and 2 x Ebi. I hope this helps.

I want to know why you paid the bill if he served you inedible, possibly dangerous food? First I would tell him that you know what he did, then I'd ask for the manager. I would not order anything else from that place to replace my bloody sushi. I would immediately go home and file a complaint with the health dept. Then, I'd tell everybody I know what happened so they never risked their life eating at that restaurant.
