Help finding items on Oblivion? (ES IV)?

Question

If any one could give me the exact location of a few items in oblivion elder scrolls IV I'll give you 5 stars. And if you can find a map to show the exact location that would be nice. Thanks!

Fin Gleam
Caelia's Steel Longsword
Calliben's Grim Retort
Circlet of Omnipotence
Goblin Totem Staff

To find the fin gleam helmet, there should be an island off the coast of the anvil waterfront, if you find it there should be a ninroot around there somewhere and some mud crabs. go off the north coast of the island and go under water, i advise a good waterbreathing spell... and you should eventually after finding it, find a skeleton made out of bone items with the fin gleam next to it. The skeleton is hard to find, i advise nighteye spell. The skeleton is between a couple rocks.



The fin gleam has nighteye and waterbreathing making it a useful glass helm to own.

I actually never found any of those items except Circlet of Omnipotence, it's tough to get though. It's in a place called Serpent Trail if I remember right, you enter a cave with a bunch of ogres in the mountain area east of Bruma which leads to a big snowy valley, there you gotta use a map given to you for a quest to find one hint that leads to another hint..til finally you find the circlet in a barrel it's a tough quest check gamefaqs.com for more info
