World Of Warcraft trouble?

Ok so a few days ago i tried to log into my account on world of warcraft. typed all my info in perfectly and when i tried to log in a little box came up that said to type in a authentication key. i didnt know what it was so i went to the website and tried to log into my account and it still asked for the key. i have no idea what key they're talking about i tried typing in the key on the lich king expansion pack but its too long and it stops after so many letters. on the website it says the "Blizzard Authentication product attached to this account" i have no clue what that is and according to the website the key is 6 letters long. if someone could please help me in figuring this thing out that would be awesome! thanks for your time.

The authenticator is a keyring used to generate a specific 6 digit code unique to that authenticator and the account its linked to. If you don't own an authenticator im sorry to say you have been hacked and you will need to call the blizzard hot line and get the authenticator removed from your account. when you log in its 99% chance that all of your items will be gone and you will need to make a ticket and tell the GM that you have been hacked. at that point the gm will take it. other then that, im very sorry. and you should buy an authenticator yourself. if you have one, you never will have this problem again.

Go to the ? on the buttom of ur screen. Now do, Chacter stuck. it may not let u do it on a ghost. but its worth a shot. it either will hearth u if ur in like a glitch or sumthing. If that doesnt work then u have to enter for a GM. Or just phone them. either way. if u are in a glitch or somewhere u shouldnt be, u may get a ban for a little while, maybe a few days or hours iunno, never hapend to me. Y cant u rez at ur body? PS are u under SW? in theat glitch place? If so, face outwards to wards the water, and then go left! and keep walking / swimming, and u will end up in westfall beach.
