Is Uriel Septim in Oblivion dragonborn?

My friend does not believe me when i tell him that Uriel Septim is dragonborn. I've tried to get him as much proof as possible, but he wont believe me. anyone have some proof that Uriel Septim is in fact dragonborn?

Frankly I don't pay a lot of attention to backlore with games. I just like to play the games...and even more I like to mod them.



I guess I was just not cut out to be an immersion gamer.

I don't think so. I could be wrong but I think the Dragonborn are the Nord kings.
