Psp Pandora problem-Nothing starts?

Question

I can get the psp pandora battery to "work" or install.

The memory stick however is not responsive at all.
When I try to install the "installer" files onto the Memorystick the psp gives me this weird PSP error message. The game could not be started.

you got to have cfw to run it, if you do have cfw try changing the kernal
