i need help changing the halo 2 language back to english?

the text on my halo 2 game is in chineese and i can't change it back to english. I can't find the manual. I went to setting and tried messing with it, but everything is in chineese. can anyone help?

unplug your xbox, then select english when you turn it back on after plugging back in.
