what "need for speed" should i buy?

i have a ps3, and i was just wondering what need for speed game i should buy, something cheap in price, but has alot of tuning options, and most important feature would have to a option that give me limit choices of design, i mean as in colors choices, specific decal choices, im huge when it comes to designing what the car is going to look like, give some options please, i was going to get "need for speed" hot pursuit but i heard the game doesn't give alot of choice on designing, i just want a driving game, graphics should be alright

If they have NFS underground 2 I urge you to get it!, if they don't look for NFS Carbon, the new NFS are decreasing in customization.

Need for speed carbon. My friend and I spent a whole night just screwing around doing cars up. Hot pursuit dosnt have a lot of tuning options BUT it's one of the funnest NFS there has been for a while.
