My System:
2.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium Dual-Core
Windows Vista Home Basic Service Pack 1 (build 6001)
2GB RAM
Intel 4500MHD
I keep on getting the script compile error each time i try to start a campaign in united offensive, it loads to about 20% then i get the script compile error message when i try to launch a campaign in the original cod 1, nothing happens
i updated the game to version 1.41

I would do a reinstall. Have you been playing multiplayer at all and if so, do u have allow auto downloading on? Also, do u install custom mods manually??? If so try deleting as many as you can , if it still doesnt work, reinstall.



That error really shouldnt happen right after you freshly install, maybe you pressed the cancel button or something while it was installing?
