my xbox 360 is broken need help?

what happened is that one time i was playing it then it make a loud noise for a split second then it froze at first i thought it was overheating so i put a fan by it that only worked like 2 times and it still froze but it took longer till it froze and now its not hot at all so i figured that its not overheated what do i do need help

go2 da dashboard, systems blade, memory, then hit Y wile u have ur hard drive selected. then hit X,X,LB,RB,X,X. then hit yes,





unplug ur 360, remove ur hard drive (carefully), plug the 360 in, turn it on. play a game for 15min, turn it off and unplug it, put the hard drive back in, turn it on and play for 15 min. IM me if u need any help.

Is your XBox 360's power button red? If it is don't play it for about a week or so. The red button is called the Red Ring of Death. (I think?) Or you can just return it and get a new one.

if you have a warranty call the company if you dont, trade it at a store for a new one dont tell them its busted.
