Is it legal? will I get banned for using it? hayden hawkes said herself that it was legal but I am just making sure.

If it's just a guide then it's legal, but all it's going to tell you is to download auctioneer, play the auction house and pick up 2 gathering professions.

It's completely legal. I used it for a while before I stopped playing. It's a great guide that teaches you how to run the market. I'd recommend it.
