Should i get modern warfare 2 or black ops?

Question

I borrowed Black Ops from a friend a couple months ago, I went through the campaign in 5-6 hours, it was enjoyable but I disliked the story, most of the weapons, didn't care about the characters or anything and felt really rushed.

It had some amazing moments but overall not that good. I don't agree with what people are talking about with how the graphics are amazing in the game, they look amazing at times but always and deserve a 10? When hell freezes! the character models were probably the best looking things in the game.

Then I played multiplayer, It was good and what I liked the most is the change to COD Points, it was fun but holy ---- do you level up way to fast, and WAAAAAY to easy (maybe just the people I played with?)

it got repetitive because I unlocked pretty much everything quickly (and I borrowed the game for just like 2-3 days) and got bored from it, I still didn't like the weapons cause I'm not really a guy who likes weapons in games from 'Nam.

I only played Zombies twice (including the pentagon stage at the end credits or something) and I disliked it as much as I did in World at War.
I don't know why people like this mode so much, I find it boring and I'm really good at it and all and like have gotten to around level 20 in world at war but it's just no fun.

Zork was....pointless, lol. and I didn't like Dead Ops.

Now for what I've played of modern warfare 2.

Just the demo and multiplayer a couple times and I really enjoyed it, the demo on the PSN is really cool and the snow mobile part is really on the edge of your seat and fun.

Multiplayer was great but now that there is COD points starting in the COD series (well I dunno if it's in the next game) I'm not quite sure if I like it as much as I used too, I still like the customization and the weapons A LOT more than black ops but I really liked the COD points systems, Multiplayer had lots of campers but not as OFTEN as people always say (probably haters of the game) probably like there was 2 instances when I was in a map with campers that would keep shooting but I just changed matches.

I also liked Spec Ops a lot, it was very addicting and fun.

That's all I can really say about MW2..


Which should I get?

I don't care about the graphics and which is better and stuff on the games.

definitely mw2. black ops has okay graphics and the guns are cool... but really it gets boring. fast. mw2 is honestly becoming popular again because of all the black ops critics. special ops.. yes your right its mad fun and quickscoping, its like a sport on the game. I would highly recommend mw2. i have had it since it first came out and it got boring for awhile but i always come back to it. black ops i played for a week then i literally got so bored it just didnt spark my attention anymore. hope this helps!

My choice would be Black Ops. I have both BO and MW2. There are ups and downs for both games, but overall i would choose BO. Leveling up in BO is faster, but there are 15 prestiges. Zombies has a new map called Ascension which is the best map of BO. There are days when i want to get back to playing MW2, but when i think about it.... MW2 has too many noob tubers and way more kill streaks always killing you when you join a match. I would highly recommend getting BO instead of MW2. Besides...when MW3 comes out(some time around November'ish), less players will be playing MW2 than Black Ops.

I kinda agree but Black Ops Zombies is fun if you get to higher rounds (I think DOA and Five is gay)

MW2 is really annoying because you could kill someone instantly without shooting the person back so I choice COD BO.
