idk but here's a guide : 1 steel platebody = 5 steel dagger. which means you gain exp for 5 steel bar. : 1 mithril platebody = 5 mithril dagger. which also means you gain exp for 5 mithril bars so its really up to you to decide.

yes they are much better. Black is a bit less but more cash. but black looks more kool.it goes from best to worse.
