Best World of Warcraft battleground for exp?

Question

The title explains it, i'm level 53 and wanting to get to 55 so i'm doing battlegrounds for exp and honor for weapons etc. But what is the best battleground for exp? I have warsong,arathi basin, and alterac valley, which is the most exp out of all from finishing them? Also how do you get exp in battlegrounds, by killing people? Thanks in advance

The more you kill / heal / get involved, the more xp you get. If you don't really do anything you don't get much xp. So I'd think that all the bg's are the same.. xp wise.

My brother got from 70 to 80 in around 2 or 3 days doing Alterac Valleys before it got nerfed. Alterac Valley is a really good way to farm exp because everyone gets xp when towers are capped. However, your gonna get more exp no matter what killing people with the new Honor System. I think Mal'ganis is a big PvP server... Stormstrike Battlegroup

Yeah AV is going to be your best bet, don’t just sit around either, get out there and hti something...hard. I would suggest questing though, it’ll be much easier to level faster, WWAAAAYYYY faster in fact.
