On the Sim's download folder there's all the downloaded custom stuff, but is there a way to view it because I'm deleting custom stuff that I'm not using or don't want anymore but some of them doesn't have a name so I can't search it or know what it is, so is there any way to view it or know what it is? Thank you. :]

For CC applied to sims, you can use bodyshop - just start a new sim and go through the tabs, click on custom content you don't want and there will be a trash can that appears. Click it and it'll be removed from your downloads folder. This can be somewhat inconvenient though because then you're still left with a bunch of meshes, so unless you remember what the mesh is for it can be annoying.

For pretty much everything though, you can get SimPE and open the package files in it, to see what it is and delete accordingly.

Not that I know of. However, body shop components (hair, glasses, make-up, clothes, etc.) can be viewed and deleted thru Body Shop that comes with the game. Objects can actually be deleted from within the game, in Buy/Build Mode (just click on the little trash can icon that shows up when you select a custom item from the catalog).

no, sorry. but you can make the items thumbnails and see if they have a picture.
