World of WarCraft Realm Switching/Transferring?

If I start off playing Normal Realm, will I be able to switch to a Player VS Player Realm or vice versa?

-Normal Realm
-Player VS Player Realm
-Role-Playing Realm
-Player vs. Player Roleplaying Realm

You can switch from any type of realm to any other type of realm $25, so choose your realm carefully. But no, as long as you pay $25, there are no rules for transferring to a different type of realm.

There used to be some restrictions, but Blizzard removed them. So long as you pay the 25 USD (and haven't transferred that same character in at least 3 days), you can do a transfer.

Blizzard removed all realm transfer restrictions before Wrath of the Lich King launched, so you can transfer from PvE -> PvP server

if your new on the interest steer away from the PVP nation-states, try a typical or RP instaed. Steamwheedle Cartel Thorium Brotherhood are 2 sturdy RP nation-states in case you have acquaintances who play use although server their on, u cant deliver mail or messages throughout nation-states.
