If you report that a game never got to your house, do they charge you for the game that "never got there"?

Do you 2 posters even have Game-fly or have ever had it? You truly got no clue on this one.Go to customer service on their website. Tell them you never received the game and two things will happen. One: you'll have to file a report make sure you answer that you don't have a locked mailbox or PO box or anything like that. Two: they will either call or e-mail you to verify that you never got the game and Bam that's it they'll send you a copy of the "lost" game. I did this once when my mailman had actually lost the envelope and since all they did was e-mail me about it and then send me another copy of GTA and a week later my mailman found the first copy and gave it to me but i did not have another return envelope so i kept a copy.I also did this with Madden(which never came to my house) again i just had to reply to an email so thats two. When i told them recently that i had never received battlefield 2 they made file a USPS missing mail report which was a pain so I just told gamefly i had received it really late instead. long answer sorry man, but yeah make it look legit and dont do it more than twice but you can totally get a free game or two from GF, no case though LOL. Yeah just cause it was delivered does not mean someone cant steal from your mailbox. Mailbox theft is the number 1 crime in America fool!

Problem is, it will be marked in your history. The first time they'll let it pass, but what if next game you order does indeed get lost? If you're new to the service, they might just ban your address from the service.
Just pay for the game, you do get to pay a reduced price if you decide to keep it (like 10% discount off the reduced price, and after a few months they send you $5 coupons to use)

whether they should no longer have the skill to cost your card anymore, they do nevertheless have your handle and would truthfully turn your debt over to a bill collector. The safest ingredient is to in ordinary terms mark the video games as "lost interior the mail" earlier you cancel your account, and as long as you haven't any longer abused that characteristic interior the previous, they're going to easily take the loss no questions asked.

I'm sure Gamefly would launch an investigation into the matter and go to the Postal Service. They would probably find out it did indeed make it to it's destination.
Don't be cheap, pay the money.

No, they'll charge you to replace it, they'll contact the postal service to see if it was delivered. If it was, they charge you for the game, because then they'll know you have it.
