No, the night mother keeps regenerating npc's in the world, it is literally never ending. So you are pretty much done with them unless you have not completed Nazir's quests. Congrats on finishing DB. :P

After your done with the main Dark-Brotherhood Arch, the Night Mother will just provide generic assassination for leveled gold.
