Who does the game maintenance in online gaming ?

Question

When it comes to game bugs / glitches / patches who does them ? Most people thought / assume its the GM ( I think its Game Master ) who does it but I believe they are not true .. In my point of view , Game Masters assists players in game / website questioning but not the maintenance ? Online players tend to blame the GMs for not fixing the bugs and glitches .. -_-'' . Correct me if I am wrong . Thanks in advance.

I do believe it the programmers and artists ( and quest design if it's a patch), the gm's will get told about bugs and glitches and then report them, the programmers and/or artists will fix the problem and apply it during the maintenance, or they fix it in the maintenance, either or. The only things GM's can be blamed for is not reporting the bug/ glitch. Hope this helps!
