Flight Sim X?

Question

I bought Flt Sim X today, and so far it's "ok" at best. I've played it a few hours now, but so far I like Flt Sim 2004 a lot better. Here's my questions

Q1 - My friend gave me a lot of xtra planes with 2004, and I can't seem to get them to work in Flt Six X = Does anybody out there know if aircraft that worked in 2004 will work with SIm X? And if they do, how do you get them to work.

Q2 - Since my friend gave me acft add ons for 2004, I started to do some research about some add ons for Sim X, and noticed a few sites where you have to pay to get extra acft, is this normal?, or does anyone out there know of a free site. I'd really wish all my 2004 Sim aircraft would work, but need more military planes and helos for Sim X. I don't like the aircraft that comes with it.

Q3 - I haven't read many good reviews about Sim X today after I bought it, seems like your PC has to be a super computer to get the full benefits. My PC seems to work a lot better with Flt Sim 2004 than Sim X.

A1 = Flight Simulator 9 (a.k.a. 2004) and X are not compatable. The only games that work like that are 2002 and 2004.



A2 = There are some sites where you can get plenty of planes for free. http://www.surclaro.com/ is just on example.



A3 = I wouldn't know. I have a n00b computer.
