If you're not much taller than 6'(1 85cm) and dunking is not easy and doesn't comes naturally to you then you'll need this system from here https://tr.im/7C2E8 to learn to dunk without a problem.

The Vert Shock program claims you something between 9 to 15 inches development on your straight jump.

With Vert Shock system you will not require a gym because all you need for the workout is really a park benchor a little wall and a smooth area where you could do your level leaps and your box jumps and a basketball for some exercise.

With Vert Shock you will discover ways to dunk 9 to 15 inches larger in just 8 weeks without expensive gym.

Yeah ones platnum and the other isnt, its kinda stupid that they do that. I see games like spiderman one that is regular and another one is greatest hits. I think its pointless. They usally just do that because teh covers are different sometimes.

Well if you have the ultima weapon or fennir use those then use the comet spell that donald has that will slow time down plus you will kill everyone around you.

hope this helps

What follows is a listing of the more difficult parts of the Hades Cup that require planning and strategy. Before you enter, make sure that you're level 99 and that you have enough AP to equip essential abilities (like Once More and all that). Glide and most of the other Form abilities are a must for fighting defensively. You'll probably need to rely on magic too, so equipping Ultima Weapon as your main keyblade is a good idea (because of MP Hastega).

Match 1-10: No specific rules

Match 5: Volcanic Lord, nothing too tough.

Match 10: Tifa and Yuffie. Tifa is a new face in terms of battles. She's pretty tough too. You'll most likely be able to defeat her if you glide away when she's about to attack (it's pretty easy to predict) and come back in for a few combos right after. Fighting defensively is key to winning this and upcoming battles. Learn Tifa's moves well now, because you'll be fighting her again. Yuffie shouldn't give you much trouble at this point.

Match 11-20: Titan Cup rules (you don't have friends but you can use summons; you also have only 500 points, and if they run out from you getting hit, you'll lose)

Match 14: If the Lance Soldiers get low on HP, finish them fast so they don't start their damaging combos. This will deplete your points fast.

Match 15: Blizzard Lord. Again, nothing too tough. This time though, try to avoid damage ;)

Match 17: Aerial Knockers can pile the damage on. Neutralize them with Magnega and take them out quickly.

Match 19: Make sure you keep an eye on the Assassins. Their kamakaze attack will leave you in pain.

Match 20: Pete. What should be an easy fight is actually quite annoying due to his large health bar. He also throws a shield up a lot during the battle. The main things to watch out for are his shockwaves when he jumps. Try to always hit him from behind (Glide helps) to minimize the risk of getting punched.

Match 21-30: Pain and Panic Cup rules (you have your friends back, and you can use limits, so make good use of that)

Match 24: Three Bulky Vendors. This is a good time to heal and let your MP recharge. Nab the Vendors during Prime Capsule for maximum points.

Match 25: Cloud and Tifa. This fight is pretty difficult by itself, but if you use abilities like Duck Flare and Trinity Limit, it won't be hard at all. Just keep an eye on Sora's HP.

Match 30: Hades. Use either of Goofy's abilities to completely obliterate him. Not too hard really.

Matchs 31-40: Cerberus Cup rules (no friends, lots of Drive forms, and 10 minutes to get to round 40; it's getting tough)

Match 32: You got some Dancers to contend with here, and they can kill you very fast if they grab your head and throw you. Try using Wisdom form for this match and stay far far away. Remember that using a Form will restore your HP!

Match 34: Sorcerers are annoying, so use Wisdom and stay far away.

Match 35: You're still on a time limit, so you have to kill ALL the Rapid Thrusters. Use Magenega and Thundaga to wipe them out quickly. Final Form also works well.

Match 36: Three Berserkers. These guys can kill you in seconds if you stand still. Immediately combo one to grab his weapon and use it to kill all three.

Match 37: Lots of Nobodies. Kill the Assassins with the help of Warp Snipe if you're not in a Form, and then take care of the Dragoons with Final Form if it's available.

Match 38: More Nobodies, including Dancers and a Sorcerer. Try to stay in Final Form here to get rid of the enemies quickly and safely.

Match 40: Leon and Cloud. This fight shouldn't be too bad. Final Form seems to work quite well on both of them, and they don't really seem to be capable of hitting Sora during one of these onslaughts. Focus on Cloud, and then take Leon out.

Match 41-50: No friends, no summons, no Forms. You have Trinity Limit and magic. That's it.

Match 41: Now that you're on your own, you'll have to really be on your toes. The key to winning the last 10 rounds is patience. Do not run into any of the following battles swinging. For this first battle, Glide away until you feel it's safe enough to pop in and combo one of the Toy Soldiers or Graveyards. Once you've comboed once, Glide away again! Tedious, yeah, but it works. If you're hit, heal, and Glide around until your MP is back up. Do this until they are defeated.

Match 42: Living Bones are very very difficult when they're at level 99. So use the aforementioned tactic on them (and the Fortunetellers!). If you have a chance to use Dispel, try to use it on the Living Bone for extra damage.

Match 43: Two Large Bodies and two Morningstars. Try killing the Morningstars first. As you Glide away, they will follow you while spinning. Block this attack and combo, and then run away. The Large Bodies should stay more or less in Morningstars jumping attack, and use Bump at every opportunity. Remember, hit and run and heal. Casting Blizzaga and Thundaga from a distance is a safe strategy when dealing with the remaining Large Bodies.

Match 44: Three Living Bones. Ugh. Immediately Glide away from them at the outset, and STAY AWAY for the rest of the battle. Pop off Thundaga spells while Gliding away until you kill two of them. Finish the last one off carefully (in the same manner if you wish).

Match 45: 1,000 Heartless. You have to survive the small amount of time that is set for you. The enemies are just Surveillance Robots and Armored Knights, but they can still hurt you. Keep mashing Triangle to keep the reaction commands going, and you'll be fine. Try using Magnega and Thundaga for fast (and hilarious) results.

Match 46: Two Hot Rods and a Devastator. Immediately destroy the Devastator, since you can avoid the Hot Rods while you're in the air. Next, try to seperate the Hot Rods so you're only killing one at a time. If you do it right, they won't even go into berserker mode. If they happen to, however, try to use magic on them from a distance while Gliding.

Match 47: Once the Bulky Vendor is gone, Lance Soldiers and a Living Bone will appear. The Lance Soldiers can't really keep up if you're darting around the area, so focus on the Living Bone first. Once that's gone, turn your careful attention to the Lance Soldiers. Try to pick them off one at a time, so that they aren't running madly around the area.Once they're dead, turn your attention to the Emerald Blues that appear, and take them out quickly. Their stupid wind attacks can put you in the red quickly. For the Assault Riders, stay far away casting Blizzaga. If they separate far enough, you may want to just pick them off with physical attacks. After THOSE guys are gone, a bunch of Morningstars and Crescendos appear. Quickly pick off one of the Morningstars while they're just sitting there, and wait to deflect another's spinning attack. Then kill that one, and focus on the last. Use the Crescendos to heal yourself and then wipe them out. If one of them summons another Morningstar, kill it quickly.

Match 48: Cerberus, and he's pretty easy. Your main focus in this fight should be to end it with nearly full HP and MP.

Match 49: Tifa, Yuffie, Leon, and Cloud. This fight is ridiculous. And I say that even before I mention that Leon starts out and stays in his "limit" form for the entire battle. First off, I like to get rid of Tifa, since she's the most annoying and I'm not used to her attacks as much as the others. To do this, I basically Glide away from all four of the people while targeting her. Whenever Leon shoots fire, I just deflect it back at Tifa, damaging her. Cloud will be most annoying during this time, flying around slashing. If you're just Gliding around though, he won't hit you all that often, and you won'thave to worry about healing too much. You can even hit her a bit physically if she's not near the group (which tends to happen since she's a bit faster than the other three). When Tifa is down (yes, this DOES take forever; remember too that you have to combo her once her HP is at 1 to actually defeat her), I like to get rid of Cloud, since he's so annoying. The best way is to attack him when he's not flipping out, since he's usually a bit distant from the other two. Leon's fireballs will also add to the damage, properly reflected. The battle can still go bad at this point, so keep away from Cloud most of the time until you see an opening. With just Leon and Yuffie left, things get a bit easier. Take out either one of them at this point while maintaining a fair degree of caution. Try to kill them before they use a Phoenix Down on their fallen comrades (just kidding! They don't do that. Don't email me about it. I'm serious, I'm kidding.)

Match 50: Hades. This time, you fight him with Hercules, and you need to use Aura Sphere to make Hades vulnerable. Still super easy, you shouldn't have much trouble after what you went through last battle. You can pretty much use Trinity Limit on him to take most of his life away.

I have done everything you can possibly do on that game I am sure of it and I do not remember at all haveing to get 2500 even on anything. So really I am not helping at all lol but if you do get stuck and can't get the Hades cup remember you have to have every summon and form leveled all the way up before you can compete in the hades cup.

maybe you could try using a different keyblade?

The abilities I recommend equipping for your characters are as

follows:

====

SORA

====

ACTION ABILITIES GROWTH ABILITIES SUPPORT ABILITIES

Retaliating Slash High Jump LV3*** Scan

Slapshot Quick Run LV3* Combo Boost

Dodge Slash Aerial Dodge LV3* Air Combo Boost

Slide Dash Glide LV3*** Negative Combo**

Guard Break*** Berserk Charge

Explosion Drive Boost*

Aerial Sweep Form Boost***

Aerial Spiral Form Boost***

Aerial Finish Summon Boost***

Trinity Limit*** Combination Boost

Leaf Bracer***

Magic Lock-On***

Thunder Boost***

MP Rage*

MP Rage*

Defender

Second Chance***

Once More***

And of course, you'll have MP Hastega for having the Ultima Weapon

equipped. You'll need 95 Ability Points if you decide to equip all of

these.

* You may opt out of these. I equipped them, but they might not

prove that useful.

** Personally, I never liked increasing combos. That's why I'm

suggesting you equip Negative Combo instead of Combo Plus and

Air Combo Plus. This way, you can land finishing moves like

Guard Break faster, but I may be wrong.

*** These are the abilities I consider essential, so be sure to

include them.

================

DONALD AND GOOFY

================

The only recommendation I have for these two is to equip Donald's

limit command Fantasia, which unleashes his spell Comet. I feel this

limit command deals more damage than the others and it makes it easier

for you to stop your enemies and attack them. This is especially

useful in boss fights. Don't equip Flare Force, Tornado Fusion and

Teamwork, so that if you equip Auto Limit on Donald, only his Comet

spell will be prompted.

Other than that, feel free to equip them whatever you feel like.

+ITEMS++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++[ITM]+

As for item equipping, I only recommend Ultima Weapon for Sora, and

Save the Queen+ and Save the King+ for Donald and Goofy, respectively.

Feel free to equip them any armor, accessories and items you want.

If you want to know, my setup was as follows:

SORA: Ultima Weapon, Oblivion (Final Form), Cosmic Belt, Petit

Ribbon, Power Band, Cosmic Arts, Cosmic Ring, Master's

Ring, Hi-Potion (with Auto-Reload) and one Elixir.

Donald: Save the Queen+, Cosmic Chain, Midnight Anklet, Expert's

Ring, Mage Earring and Skillful Ring.

Goofy: Save the King+, Acrisius, Gaia Belt, Protect Belt, Soldier

Earring and Garnet Ring.

If you haven't done so already, use all status-enhancing items on

Sora. For me, those included: 4 Power Boosts, 4 Magic Boosts and 4

Defense Boosts. You can always pay a moogle a visit and make some

more.

+CUSTOMIZE++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++[CST]+

In the Customize screen do the following for Sora:

Assign Firaga or Reflega to the Circle button.

Assign Thundaga to the Triangle button.

Assign Magnega to the Square button.

Assign Curaga to the X button.

You can always change the button arrangement, but be sure to include

the Curaga, Magnega and Thundaga spells.

+CONFIG+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++[CNF]+

Finally, you might want to go to the Config menu and change the

setting for Summon Effects from Auto to Full.

This will cause your summons to have a full animation every single

time you call them. For this guide, you'll only be calling either

Stitch or Peter Pan or both, and for Peter you'll want to have his

Never Land attack ready before the enemy can jump in on you. I'll

elaborate on this in the guide.

======================================================================

6. SIXTH BOX - WALKTRHOUGH

Go talk to Hades in his chamber and select The Hades Paradox Cup.

Select yes.

The fun begins!

+ROUNDS 1-10++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The first ten rounds have no specific rules. Just defeat your enemies

any way you want. This might be a good time to summon Stitch and use

his Ohana! attack to get lots of points. When the attack begins, just

use Blast or Ukulele.

=======

ROUND 1

=======

Three Shadows and three Soldiers. No biggie.

=======

ROUND 2

=======

Four Driller Moles and two Hook Bats. No biggie.

=======

ROUND 3

=======

Four Rapid Thrusters and two Surveillance Robots. We're barely getting

started here.

=======

ROUND 4

=======

Five Rabid Dogs and two Creeper Plants. We haven't broke a sweat yet.

Use the Creeper Plants' Reaction Command, Root Ravager, to get more

points out of them.

===================

ROUND 5: BOSS FIGHT

===================

Our first boss, Volcanic Lord, plus two Soldiers. The game says to

concentrate on the boss. The Soldiers won't leave you points, so don't

bother.

The boss has basically two attacks.

1. He'll smack you with his fiery staff.

2. He'll start jumping up and down leaving scalding hot spots on the

ground. You can't cross these, unless you are using Donald's Comet

spell. If he jumps over you, a reaction command will become available:

Firagun. Use this to stab him in the belly and use it again to send

send him flying, deflating him. Use Glide to chase after him.

If you want to cause massive quick damage, change to Final Form and

bash at him. If you want to save your Drive Gauge for calling your

summons on upcoming battles, just attack him senseless anyway.

Please note the following:

1. Bosses have this annoying feature in which they'll cling to one

last barely noticeable fraction of their life bar and they won't let

go unless you perform a finishing move on them such as Guard Break,

magic such as Thunder, or a limit command such as Comet or Trinity.

2. Bosses won't leave you any points.

====================

ROUND 6: IN THE DARK

====================

Three Cannon Guns and three Silver Rocks. Use the latter's Reaction

Command, Shift Shot, to your advantage.

=======

ROUND 7

=======

Four Shadows and three Icy Cubes. After you defeat them, eight Minute

Bombs will show up. Nice warm-up.

=======

ROUND 8

=======

Three Soldiers and two Silver Rocks. Use both their Reaction Commands,

Cyclone and Shift Shot respectively, to your advantage.

After you defeat them, five Armored Knights will show up. Use their

Reaction Command, Rising Sun, if prompted.

Finally, a Large Body will pop out. Use Comet on him, or attack him

from the rear and use Full Swing if prompted. If he starts sliding on

his belly, use Guard, Kickback and then Full Swing when prompted. Use

Final Form to be able to break through his front barrier.

Things are getting interesting.

=======

ROUND 9

=======

Nobodies!

Four Creepers and one Samurai. Don't bother with the latter's Reaction

Command, Duel Stance.

====================

ROUND 10: BOSS FIGHT

====================

Our second boss fight, Tifa and Yuffie.

I recommend using Comet on the girls. You should start with Tifa, as

Yuffie will annoyingly puff in and out around you, making her a

difficult target for the spell. Comet will briefly confound the girls,

who will be unable to attack you, and make them vulnerable.

When using the spell, you should perform a Triangle, attack, attack,

attack, Triangle, attack... combination.

You can also use Final Form here, as the next ten rounds will be all

about the Summons, so you'll start Round 11 with a full Drive Gauge.

+ROUNDS 11-20+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Ten rounds with Titan Cup rules! That is, you're alone and you can't

use Drive Forms, only Summons. Even more terrifying, you get those

terrible 500 points you gradually lose when taking damage. You need to

take care of those points all the way through to the end of Round 20.

It's all over when all points are gone.

=============

IMPORTANT (!)

=============

For the next ten rounds, except maybe the boss fights, your new best

friend is Peter Pan. This is what you are going to have to do:

1. As soon as the round starts, immediately select Summon. Press up

once and select Peter Pan.

2. During the animation, press up on the D-pad and have "Limit" ready.

3. When the animation is about to end, quickly start pressing X, so

that you'll select Never Land, where Limit used to read.

4. Start flying in circles and wherever you see enemies, pressing the

X button nonstop. This will grant you lots and lots of points.

5. When Journey's End is activated, you'll see Peter flipping upward

and he'll start yelling "Go! Go!" instead of "Yah! Yah!". This means

the end of the attack. Quickly press up on the D-pad and select Never

Land again.

6. You should be able to perform Never Land about three or four times.

7. When the last Never Land is done with, Peter will go away. Quickly

press down on the D-pad once and select Summon again, then Peter Pan

and repeat the whole process. You should be able to call Peter twice

per round, but that's more than enough
