Skyrim - If multiple items have the same enchantment, does the bonus stack?

Certain enchantments can be applied to multiple items, such as both an amulet and a ring. If I wear two items that grant the same bonus, does the bonus stack? (e.g. if I wear an amulet of +12% Alchemy and a ring of +12% Alchemy, do I get +24% to Alchemy?)
Also, do some enchantments stack while others don't?

All enchantments stack.

Better yet is get your enchanting to 100, get the double enchantment perk and enchant a set of armor + rings and pendant to increase one handed or two handed damage. I had a Daedric sword that with my armor boosts did 650 damage and it had fire and electric on the sword itself. *Side note, you can also make a set of armor with destruction cost reduction and whatever else. I did destruction reduction and conjuration reduction and with a 100% reduction you cast those spells for free. I would dual summon Dremora Lords and then cast destruction spells endlessly, I'm unstoppable **I also have the heavy armor perk that when you're wearing heavy armor, heavy armor in your inventory weighs NOTHING, so I have like 4 full sets of armor with different buffs but the magic ones are the best In my opinion

Yes, I enhance everything 20% Damage, I'm doing 1 hit with dragons :) It takes time though.
