The elder scrolls: Skyrim questions about weapons?

Ok i have a few questions
1.What level do i have to be to start finding glass armor and weapons?
2.Is there Ebony Weapons?
3.How to i get a spell to summon a bound sword?
4.Where to start the quest to join the dark brotherhood

1. I found my first glass weapon around level 25 at a merchant. However you might be able to find them earlier.



2. Yes, ebony weapons and armor are in the game. I found an ebony war axe at around the same level.



3. You can get the bound sword spell from merchants. Just make sure to check under the books tab every time you pass through town as their stock will vary. The court wizard in Whiterun should also have it in stock and if not I see no reason why you can't buy it in Winterhold. If you were curious they are slightly stronger than glass weapons and weigh nothing.



4. The Dark Brotherhood quests start in Windhelm though you should be able to hear about the quest if you ask the any inn keeper about the latest rumors. I myself heard about it from the lady in Falkreath, fresh out of Helgen. They should tell you that a boy in Windhelm is foolishly trying to contact the Dark Brotherhood. Just break into his house and then speak with him to get going. For reference the quest is named "Innocence Lost". You can check the source for more info.

2. Yes there are, I found one once if I remember correctly.

3. The court wizard in Dragonsreach sells a tome, or if I'm wrong on that find the counjerer wizard in the Mage's Collage

4. You go to Riften into the Orphanage, listen to the children talk about a boy who left, visit him and then fulfill his request.
