Hey I got an 80 feral dps/resto druid, an 80 blood tank/unholy dps dk, and a 76 affliction/pvp lock. I have always wanted to level jewelcrafting on a character, but am currently unsure which toon to level it on.

On my druid, who is my main, I have always had alchemy/enchanting. On my death knight, I have mining/engineering and on my warlock I have herbalism/inscription. I recently sold two of boe's that I got from icc weekly's, and now that I bought my lock epic flying, I still have about 9k gold to play with. would it be worth my while to level jewelcrafting on any of my toons? I really like having enchanting on my druid, as I can use vellums i make on my lock to enchant all my toons' gear. Mixology is also a really nice to have so I dont want to drop it. Engineering is really nice for tanking, and if I had another miner I'd drop mining for blacksmithing to go along with it. My lock is going to be my main pvp character I think from now on, rather then my druid. The self-heal from herbalism is nice for that.

Anyways, my thought is that I should drop enchanting on my druid and herbalism on my lock since I never farm, and level jewelcrafting on the druid and enchanting on the warlock. Any thoughts about this? Thanks!

i leveled my jc in about 5 hours on my main (prot pally) it does cost a lot think i spent 4k from 1-450 the reason i put it on my paladin was for the 51 stam gems and the intel for my off spec if you have a tank/healer in one toon thats where your jc should be in my opinion and jc you can also make a lot of gold just from working the ah i mine titanium ore prospect it and do good from the epics i pull out my main has 19k and between other alts im at around 35k gold jc is the biggest money maker i have.and u have enchanting if you happen to have blade ward that alone should make you good gold that sells for 750-1200g each scroll on the ah if you dont have it it dropped for me in uld 25

You would robbably want to move your jewelcrafting on to your DK. With Jewel crafting you can make jewels for your own armour that exceeds the jewels that you can normaly sell say in the auciton house. The ony thing about jewel crafing is if you buy the jewels the it get very expensive very fast. So make sure you can put it on a charater that makes the most money.

i could persist with what you have. only think of what else you need to be doing with the 6-10 hours of releveling and the 6k gold it is going to fee you. In 6 months all the stats are going to be redone and you'd be switching lower back besides. suitable now you're getting one extra 40 8 ap for spell binding your rings...why do no longer you only substitute 2 ap gemstones to arm pen gemstones and speak to it an afternoon.

Jewelcrafting is VERY expensive to level. I would only level it if you are extremely wealthy, and I mean extremely! Otherwise, it can be very frustrating. I am not sure of how far 9k will get you.

Why don't you ask your guild?
