help with my computer. zoo tycoon 2. if you are good with computers or just anything please answer.!?

Question

got Zoo Tycoon about a year ago. I started having problems with it so i uninstalled it.
So i reinstalled it again, but it wont let me! It only will let me REMOVE SAVE GAMES or DELETE THE FILES. Even when i click install when the thing opens.
All it will let me do is uninstall it!
How can i fix this?

Please someone help! I have been having this problem for months! HELP

PS- on the ADD/REMOVE programs- its not on there. i tried to look and it wasnt there.
And i can play zoo tycoon trials so there is nothing wrong with the software or anything. And there is lots of space on my computer.

It sounds, to me, that you have some stuff in your computer's registry that may be pointing to some old files, concerning this game.



Go to http://www.majorgeeks.com . On the left side of the page, look for the "registry" link and click it. Download a registry cleaner from the page it takes you to (my personal favorites are WT Registry cleaner or WISE Registry Cleaner). They are both pretty easy to use.



After you clean your registry, try to reinstall. Hopefully, you'll have better luck.

The problem is Windows doesnt uninstall everything.Go to your My Computer icon and click on it to open it.Go to you C/Drive and click on it.Then click on Programs.When it opens you will get a message that says these files are hidden.It will ask if you want to show hidden files.Click on it to show all your program folders.Once you get there find he folder for ZooTycoon and delete he folder and all its contents.Not the best way but it should allow you to reinstall the game.

Im not sure if this is the best way but what I would do is go to Start
and delete everything that has something to do with zoo tycoon.



This is waht I would do. (Note:This is Windows Xp and maybe Vista only)

please calm down your mums pc might have a decrease cost working device or much less loose memory inflicting it to no longer artwork verify the standards on the lower back of the container study them to the device skill stats of your mums pc
