Wow. You know nothing about torrents and trackers. You don't get money for uploading torrents, unless somebody pays you to upload "certain" torrents. You can get paid by hosting trackers and charging users, but that defeats the point of piracy and free materials.
Torrents work like this:
User#1 uploads torrent with files to site.
User#2 downloads the torrent, and starts it with the bitTorrent client.
The files User#2 downloads are from User#1.
As long as there is at least one person with the completely downloaded torrent and seeding, people can download it. A tracker is merely a connection point between User#1 and User#2 and etc.
Leecher- Someone who has partially downloaded the file, or has downloaded the file and has less than 50% uploaded back to other users.
Seeder- Someone who has completely downloaded the file and is uploading to others.
And if somebody tries and says that torrents are illegal, they are wrong. Some torrents are legal, and merely contain stuff that CAN be distributed among others and/or it is their own product.
