I downloaded a GTA vice city torrent and I extracted all the files with power ISO! Why can't I open it?

I have installed the game but whenever I try to open it, it gives me this message -- This application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found. Any help would be helpful!!!!

You might need a crack, which is a set of files that you cant get when you torrent a game. Google GTA vice city crack and then once you've downloaded it paste the files into the GTA file. The crack probably has this file and any others you don't have.



If this doesn't work try downloading the mss32.dll file individually (and any others it says you need).
