No, unfortunatly they turned to the darkside of the internet, the side that makes you pay real money to be able to do things. The only way you'll be able to put clothes on your neopet would be to pay real money to buy fake clothes for your fake pet....... youre better off buying a build a bear, atleast you'd be able to play with it for real and touch it and everything, but neopets turned into a big rip off I liked it better before it ended up like everything else......for example/ club penguin makes you pay real money if you want to buy your penguin clothes or things for your igloo
