Error message with Fisher Price Easy Link?

I have installed the software for Fisher-Price Easy Link and connected the USB cable. But when I insert the character key, it does download but then an error message occurs as follow "The Easy-Link internet launch pad was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page may be temporarily unavailable. Please click on the "Refresh" button at the top right of the screen or try again later. If this problem persists, please contact Fisher-Price Consumer Relations at (800)-432-5437. " I've tried to refresh , but no luck
. Any suggestions on this issue would truly appreciated . Thanks

Hi, All. I am having a different problem, but I may have found an answer for you during my research. For the "Debugging" error msg, I found a post on another website that may help. In the IE7 menu, go to Tools/Intenet Options then select the "Advanced" tab. In the "Browsing" section of that window, select BOTH of the following:

"Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)"

"Disable script debugging (Other)"



The post also suggested updating Windows from the Microsoft site including all updates for ".NET"



My problem is a blank screen and the error message "No game available for that fob." I just got off the phone with Fisher Price cust support and they are emailing me a link for an update. The number I called is 800-432-5437. Avail M-F, 9A-7P EST.

Funny you ask this. I just got off the phone with Fisher Price about this very product. One of our characters, Thomas the Train, was locking up my computer every time we attempted to load it, so I called Customer Service. They told me that Thomas was the only one they were having issues with at this present moment, and to give it 20 mins. That was about 45 mins ago... Which character are you trying to load?



EDIT: The phone number I got off of their Customer Service page was 1-888-892-6123. Not sure if the number you have will connect you to the same people or not.

I am having the same issue with my laptop freezing up as the person who answered. When I put the dragons in the Easy Link, my laptop freezes and it launches the Just in Time Debugger, meaning the software has crashed. This is really annoying. If they get back to you with an answer about the Thomas, could you let me know what they say. I would like to get this fixed.
