I know it may seem a bit absurd that I'm so worried about this considering there are so many reviews over how great it is..but I just want to ask someone who has actually tried it. Is it a scam or is it legit?

Gold guides are a huge ripoff its not hard to make gold
>make sure you ALWAYS have auto loot on this feature can be found by hitting the Esc key and then selecting interface and make sure your on the general settings area (you should be on it when you first go into your interface) then scroll down and make sure auto loot is checked even if your looting greys their money.

>put greens on the AH sell for around 5-10 gold more then it would be from the vendor. Weapons usually wont sell because their vending price is usually set at 20-30 gold and most people wont even pay 40g for a green. I suggest searching the item and seeing what others are selling it for first and lower the price by a couple gold of what the lowest seller is asking. level 77-79 greens can be sold for a pretty good amount 30-40 gold blues 60-80 maybe even up to 100 for blues raise the prices a little if a its a weapon. People want to twink their toons out. Vendor grey items.

>Do dailies and do quests you didn't do while leveling (do the cataclysm ones its pointless to do eastern kingdom ones)

It's perfectly fine. I used it for a while before I stopped playing. It's a great guide that teaches you how to run the market. I'd recommend it, and it's not some scam like the best answer guy with the stupid name says.
