Sims 3 trouble!!!!!!!!!!!?

Question

Well my sims 3 aint working its installed just when it loads the town it closes saying sims 3 has stopped

The game probably won't run because it is probably an older model of a laptop and your missing some of the game's requirements.

Like Adam T. said, you should uninstall it, and then wait for a little bit, and then usually it should work, but if it still doesn't work, usually they have their email address so that you can email your problem to them.
