I’m having issues finding a game that I’ve seen in the past (around 2013-2015). From what I do remember the main protagonists was a female, had eyes like a cat (thin vertical slit for an iris), and was fairly young. She was holding onto a glowing orb. From what I can remember the story went something like this: the world was in darkness, the main protagonist had one of the last light orbs and her role was to bring the light back to the world by using the orb (not 100% sure on that). It was an indie game and the game play itself looked like pixel art. In the game you can walk about the environment and interact with NPCs. I only recall watching a short twitch stream of this game so my recall is probably way off. I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to locate the game on steam with no success and I would greatly appreciate it if you can let me know what the title of the game is. Feel free to ask some additional questions, if needed, I will try my best to answer those to help narrow down the search. Thank you.

Ori and the blind forest. It’s a cat creature that’s task with finding the 3 orbs to restore the forest back to normal.

The closest games I can think of are

Timespinner: Which actually has a female protagonist, and orbs in it.

Dust: An Elysian tail: a metroidvania game with a furry protagonist.

Freedom Planet: a game with female characters, and one of them resembles a cat.

They're all the wrong game, but maybe one of the "related games" that comes up when searching on Steam, will be the right one...
