I need some serious World of Warcraft patch 3.2a installation help!?

Question

I try to load the patch and like every other time, I had to reinstall the game. So I reinstall it again and it still doesnt work. This time I got 3.2 installed and then I got the 3.2a (bug fix patch) downloader done, but when I tried to download the updater, the message

"This update does not need to be applied. It requires a version of "WoW.exe" older then 3.2.0.10192, but you already have a version of 3.2.0.10192."

How do I get this patch downloaded? And I am NOT reinstalling the game for a 4th time.

Your computer is jacked up. Run some diagnostics (defrag, disk cleanup, virus scan). If those don't work, try an OS diagnostic/repair.
