Do you hate the fact that PS3 games that are going cross platform to 360 half to be dumbed down ?

I am gettin so sick of hearing about games that have always been with Sony, being made into cross platform titles.

This just means that they will dumb down the game to fit onto a DVD rather than a Blu-Ray. They will worry about making it so it can run on the inferior technology first (xbox)....cuz then it will for sure run on the PS3

How unfortunate for FF 13 !!!! I'm just glad they kept MGS4 an exclusive because it couldnt have turned out as well as it did if it would have been released on XBOX........that game shows the true power of the PS3

And the worst news I read last week was that Star Ocean 4 is coming to XBOX360 instead of PS3......I dont know why, seeing as most RPG fans are with Sony.

This is such a misconception about how developers work. First FF 13 was announced and will be out on the PS3 well before it ever hits the 360.This means that it was already in development for the PS3. Which means you are going to get what the system can handle.



Square-Enix already announced that they would not hold up the PS3 launch. Keep in mind, crossing over to the 360 was a last minute decision.



Also, another thing you do not realize is that they tend to put more discs on 360 games since they can not hold as much info as blu-ray.



I plan on purchasing a PS3, but still can't stand people who want to put down one system over another. Xbox-360 outsells the PS3 at this time. Mainly because it's on-line is packed full of willing opponents and is just better.



Also you are just full of untruth's; RPG fans are everywhere, including the 360. Keep in mind we are all gamers, so don't be narrow-minded.



I did check and you are correct for one month due to MGS4's release has upped sales. I wasn't saying that I didn't like the PS3, but you are just one-sided about it, period!



If you paid attention, I said that I planned on purchasing one.



Of course Nitro360 has to point out 2 games, oh and they are RPG's. You know the one 360 people don't like as much. LOL

Actually there are a lot of RPG fans on 360 too. I mean its getting some great RPGs such as Mass Effect to name one. Also the reason for games being released on the 360 that were meant for PS3 only is because there are more people who have 360s than PS3s. Its just a fact. The game developers know this so they make more money if a game gets on 360.

Yes. It's so annoying. PS3 games are way better than Xbox 360 games and it should be kept that way.

Yep. It's very irritating.... knowing that XBOX is holding our potential back. Our games and graphics can go beyond imagination... but... yeah. You get it. But... don't worry my friend... XBOX is the now. PS3 is the future. We'll take over eventually.

360 games don't have to be dumbed down to fit on a dvd, they can span multiple discs... Look at blue dragon (3 disc) and lost odyssey (4 disc). Do some RESEARCH before you post fan-boy questions...
