But now, I went to an area called "Rata Sum" (just a town, not really important) and logged out when i was done there. Now when I try to load that character, it says there is a "fatal graphics card error" and terminates the game. I can still play all my other characters, though I can't get into the character in Rata Sum. Help please?

also, i've heard that updating graphics drivers and updating the game can solve the issue and recover the character but i have had no luck following that advice
