My World of Warcraft MMO gaming mouse binds to letters on my keyboard?

Whenever i try to bind the extra buttons in WoW it binds it to Ctrl-Tab or G or something retarded like that. How do I make it bind to mousebutton 11, 12, 13 etc?

You need to tell World of Warcraft that you have a WoW rat installed. After loading one of your characters, press the "Esc" key and select "Interface" from the pop-up menu. There should be a number of tabs in the window that comes up with all of your game options. Click on the tab labeled "Mouse" and find the line that says something like "Detect WoW mouse". Click on the radio button next to that line, save your settings, log out, and log back in again. You should now be able to assign commands to your extra mouse buttons and not get WoW confused. That's strange... A friend of mine has those type of binds and his input is, "Make sure your mouse buttons have been properly identified by your computer and then it should work normally. Click on the action you want to change, press mouse button 11, 12, or 13 and it should be locked to those buttons. If it doesn't work I recommend you talk to a Blizzard Technician/Game Master about it. It's very odd that it would bind to a different letter rather than your mouse button; it must be a setting of some sort."
