i just bought CSS and while playing and i press alt+tab to desktop i cant go back to the game, the game is still running but i cant go desktop to CSS

i have to eng game progress and run it again, any help?

I have had this problem with source games for years HL2, CSS, and now Left 4 Dead I think its a video card thing but I have had the same problem with many different video cards!
