Well here's a quick guide to how I merch. Its called "Flipping items" Heres a quick guide though. (buy low sell high)

Lets use rocktail for example (its a good item because its constantly being bought and sold)

Buy a rocktail for 30% over middle price, and say it sells for 2000gp.

Then sell that rocktail for 30% under middle price and it sells for 1850gp.

What you do now, is you BUY a large quantity of rocktail ( as much as you can afford ) for *1850*gp.

It will take a while for them to buy sometimes, but once they buy, sell them for 2000gp (or even 1999gp to make them sell a little faster). You make profit. It might be a little confusing since its in text instead of me showing you in a video but this is the best method to merch in the GE.

The more money that you put into it, the more that you can make. I hope you were able to keep up with that :P

God wars dungeon is a great way to make money too. Either soloing, duoing, or trioing (3 man team) can make you some good money.

Corporeal beast is pretty good as well.

The best by far, is killing Nex, which is the newest godwars boss. It drops the new Torva, Pernix, and Virtus armors, which are extremely expensive ;)

It takes alot of skill, and most teams would want you to be max combat.

well since you said "besides skills and killing stuff", I'd have to say Dicing. Which is basically a form of gambling the money you already have. Don't trust anyone unless its a well known clan chat and the person is a rank inside that cc. Best thing about dicing is that you don't have to have any skills. However keep your self control, its easy to get carried away and risk more than you've won.

That's because you don't get experience unless you actually level up a skill, it's the way the system works. The only way to gain a level is to train your skills until you level them up enough to give you a level.
