how to get a pokemon distribution event in Hong Kong?

I know that torchic is gonna be in a pokemon distribution event for pokemon X Y form 12th of October to 15th of january. It is a Wi-Fi event. It is officially available for Japan Europ and North America. But I live in Hong Kong/ China and I dont know if i can get it. Someone please help me. Thanks

At this point, that depends on whether Torchic is a Wi-Fi event or not. So far it's not known whether it's a retail event or a Wi-Fi event but provided it's a Wi-Fi event then all that matters should be the language of your game since in previous Pokémon games, Wi-Fi events were usually locked according to the game's language.



Like for example, there was the recent Deoxys Wi-Fi event for Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 for English players. Any person that have the English releases of any of those 2 games would have been able to download it as long as they have wireless access regardless of their physical location. Someone could be in Japan with an English version of Black 2 and they would have been able to download that recent Deoxys event... which is of course no longer active.
