whenever i launch counter strike source, it says unknown video card "Your video card does not appear in our database. Consequently, you may or may not be able to the play game with sufficient stability or performance. We would appreciate your help in ensuring that we have sufficient information to address your video card and driver in the future. By clicking the Upload Details button you will help us track which video cards are currently missing from our database." I clicked on the Upload Details button but nothing change.

So i clicked on the Continue Anyway button to get to the game. It is not full screen and i dont know why. i just got this brand new hp Pavilion dv6 laptop and a new counter strike source game from best buy. help!!! how to make it full screen and how to fix the Unknown Video Card.

also, how can we make the performance better? like not lagging.

Re-Download your drivers for your graphics card.

then, when your in game. go to options and under graphics (it might be called video, i dont remember) there should be a drop down or a button that you need to check for "Full Screen Mode".
