It is good because every game on it is free and it can run emulators for free. It is bad because the games are just Android titles and I have heard it has overheating issues.

Its just an android that you play on a TV screen.
If you like playing android games on a TV screen, then go ahead and get it.
I personally wouldn't get it because android games kind of suck.

If you have a phone then it's just like playing a game on that. You can buy things to plug it into your tv so i would say no.
