Well, I;m thinking about get the Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind game of the year edition for xbox used, and I was wondering how does the dlc work? While looking at Amazon, it says bonus content may have already been redeemed. Does that mean if I get it used, I can't access the DLC (Tribunal and Bloodmoon)? I don't want to get it on PC, so please don't comment about that.

Can I access Tribunal and Bloodmoon on a used copy of Morrowind goty?

The Xbox version has the dlc literally on the disc with the game. You don't have to install anything, there is nothing to worry about in terms of new vs used.

On the original Xbox, the "extra content" was on the game disc, itself. Meaning that the difference between GotY and non-GotY is that Goty has more data on the game disc.

Downloading did not work well with the original Xbox and was not used by Bethesda for games like Morrowind. The warning you are seeing is just a generic warning by Amazon that is typically used for games today that come with bonus content.

Since no one is directly answering the question: you WILL be able to play the dlc. They are all on the disc. Original Xbox was pre- online dlc.

You won't miss a thing with a used copy.

Pick it up. It is the best elder scrolls game to date.
