Whenever I try and play Modern Warfare 2 it just keeps searching and searching for games. It never finds one. Someone told me that clearing my xbox 360 cache might solve the problem. I am just wondering as to what the hell it deletes when I do that. I know it deletes updates for games, but does it delete your download history?

It only deletes your updates and things you may have streamed (like videos and images.)

It does NOT delete your saved videos and images, and it does NOT delete your download history because your download history is saved on Microsoft's Servers.

Never heard of it, but on a computer, clearing your cache generally means clearing your broswer's memory on what you have searched for beforehand, and the folder holding this memory. here's for a better understanding:

Im honestly not too good with this but Id say give it a shot. doesnt seem like it could hurt.
