I changed my team up a little to fix some major gaps, after defeating the final gym leader.
This is my team heading into the Elite Four, I still have some leveling to do since my team had a major face lift recently.

Drilbur (lvl29 Ground): Dig, Hone Claws, Slash, Rock Slide
Scrafty (lvl44 Dark/Fight): Brick Break, Crunch, Headbutt, Hi Jump Kick
Samurott (lvl42 Water): Water Pulse, Slash, Razor Shell, Focus Energy
Victini (lvl44 Psychic/Fire): Confusion, Flame Charge, Quick Attack, Flame Burst
Rufflet (lvl39 Normal/Flying): Aerial Ace, Slash, Defog, Fly
Golett (lvl30 Ground/Ghost): Iron Defense, Mega Punch, Magnitude, DynamicPunch

If you have any suggestions on member replacement or move replacement please let me know!

Note: This is not for online battling, just Elite Four & Post Game. I don't intend to do online battling.

I like Drilbur because it's evolution Excadrill is one of the fastest Ground type pokemon. Be sure to teach it Earthquake. I know its an overused move, but its powerful and well worth it.

Scrafty is quick and strong, and its moves seem good.

Samurott should know either Surf or Waterfall, (depending whether it's Attack or Special Attack is higher) as they're both powerful moves. Ice Beam or Blizzard wouldn't hurt either.

Victini is very nice, but I think you'd do better with teaching it Psychic instead of Confusion and Flamethrower instead of Flame Burst. (I know that Flame Charge is weaker but there's always that speed boost that it gives.)

Rufflet's evolution Braviary is pretty awesome, I have one on my team and it has Fly, Crush Claw, Shadow Claw, and Rock Slide. It gets a lot of type coverage and diversity that way.

Golett's evolution Golurk is also on my team, but you have to be sure that it's ability is Iron Fist. If it's ability is Klutz, you can't do much with it. Teaching it Shadow Punch would be good too because it takes advantage of Golett being part Ghost and of Iron Fist.

Just level them all up to around 50-55 and you'll do fine at the Pokemon League the first time around.

~Hope I helped~

pretty good team, has good type coverage, but u do need to do some leveling,

the elite four is fairly strong and when u fight n and ghetsis their strongest will be lvl 54

now as for postgame, every pokemon ull encounter will be 60+ and as for trainers it will be 64+

As for the moves, u obviously dont have a lot but ull gett better moves as u train them so u should be in good shape

i think get rid of golett or drillbur because you don't need two ground types and replace that pokemon with a grass type like Serperior and ferrorseed

hope this helps
