I'd contact customer service. Mine worked perfectly for the first few weeks, but now it's getting buggier and buggier. Loading times are longer and longer. It sends notifications when it's not actually my turn.
Customer service told me to uninstall & reinstall, but nothing changed. However, now they have an official record of the problems. They gave me some "coins" for my trouble at the time, and gave me more when I filled out their customer service survey.
Coins aren't enough to make up for the bugs, and won't be for you either, but at least they're acknowledging you.
I'd try reinstalling first, then send them an email. Also, you can provide very public feedback that they can't ignore by rating and reviewing app in the app store. The quicker they're made to acknowledge the bugs, the quicker they can fix them.
A final thought - they've already made Draw Soemthing 2 (it's not released in the U.S. yet), so maybe they are putting all their developers on that and not really supporting the original app any more. So don't hold your breath for a fix.
