It says that the servers will come back online at 11 AM PDT, but I live in Canada and have no idea what PDT is. Someone explain please.

PDT is Pacific daylight time, that's where Blizzards HQ is located, I don't know what Canadas time zones are but you can always check what time it is in California(currently 10:15am) and see what the difference it is to you so you can calculate when the servers are back up.
Oh and the servers are down EVERY Tuesday for scheduled maintenance at the same time.

PDT Stands for Pacific Daylight Time. This is the time where Blizzard's Headquarters is located.

shouldnt matter if you live in Canada or not. it means the same thing there. Pacific Daylight Time (West Coast Time)

Pacific Daylight Time, timezones are a pretty important thing to learn.
You have aprox. 45mins assuming nothing happens with maintenance.
So confused always.
