Black ops 2 ''An Error occurred while trying to find a session, please try again''?

Is anyone else getting this message when they try and find a match on Black ops 2?
On PSN and I live in AUS

Same problem here, hopefully it gets fixed soon. It won't let me join any public lobbies to play tdm. Why would they release a game knowing a huge number of people would play and not have it ready. I'm very disappointed and regretting the decision to buy it early. I hope they fix this soon (TX, USA)

Yeah i'm having a similar situation, yet once you desire to play genuine undesirable you are able to change bills to play the multiplayer and each little thing i dont have faith its coming from there facet in any different case each and every physique could be tousled.

It's something on their server's side. Something is marking our specific accounts and prevents those marked accounts from playing online on multiplayer. If you sign into another PSN account you'll be able to play online on the SAME PS3 without changing ANYTHING. They just have to "unlock" our accounts I guess.



EDIT: JUST TRIED GOING ON, IT'S FIXED! IT WAS ONLY DOING THAT FOR ABOUT 8 HOURS. NOT TOO SHABBY. SEE YOU ONLINE! :D

My connection started working again after I played campaign, unless the whole server is actually fixed.

Yeah me too, i was able to play tdm, dom, hardpoint on every map before but until last night nov.14 6pm. When i click on dom or any other modes, it goes to loading then freezes and says " error trying to find server. Please try again " ... Wow well.... Ok o.o .. I tried just a few moment ago again as i wrote this and im actually searching for lobbies.

Oh also i hate how it always links you up with people on your exact area. I hate playing with guam people all the time. **** man matchmaking sucks dick till activision or whoever is jn charge fixes it

Its working again. Just confirmed, and logged in, they didnt fix the need more players to balance teams **** but error occured is gone.

Mine was fixed by starting a campaign.

use an alternate account and connect to a game at least once on that account then switch back to your account and error should be gone,(this worked for me and a few other people, and i don't know why it worked it just did. :P )

I'm having the same problem but my husband can get on with no problem on his account I just don't understand. I called game stop they said it's to many people trying to get on at one time.

This is retarded. It did that to me but worked when I logged in a different account so I don't think its server issues. Also I can play zombies just fine. God i'm pissed.

It happened to me twice... You can create another profile on ur PS3 and play unfortunately at some point it also fails. It seems to be Gamer Tag specific and not PS3 specific. It is annoying though!!! Hope they can fix this ASAP!

It's from an over flow of people on the bo2 servers. This happened on mw2's release. A few lucky people can still play, but lots of people are off right now. Last time it happened it took less than 48 hours to fix. It may be fixed by tomorrow, or today even!

Yeah me too. I was able to join games fine up until recently. I'm on PSN in CA, USA.
