Sims 3 problem.. Throw a party, time party freezes, no sims attending.?

Question

The last party I threw on Late Night is at Aquarius.. I propose to my gf and then after that I couldnt throw wedding, house, birthday party.. Everytime I do, when the clock strikes on party time, the time freezes and nobody came. But my sims still can move around.. Help! :(
