i need a good mmorpg that wont bore me to death?

Question

hello ive been looking for a good mmo for quite some time now and i was wondering if anyone could help me out here? and here ares some things they need to have and not have:

no click and wait auto attack with a hotbar that craps just boring
i want to be able to dodge enemy attacks and stuff i meanif i hit a guy in the face with an axe it shouldnt say miss and also it doesnt have to be free i play wow and im starting to get bored of it

i just need somthing to keep ym occupied while i wait for dragons nest mabinogi heroes and c9 to come out

Well everything you described is pretty much exactly what MMOs are, but you can try Guild Wars, which is free to play or Age of Conan which I hear is a pretty good game but haven't tried myself. Or you can wait for Star Wars: The Old Republic, which is supposed to be a groundbreaking MMO, but who knows every developer promises that.

Check out http://mmohut.com for an enormous list of these free mmorpg games. I use that site to find new games to play. Every week I try a new game =) - It's a lot of fun. They have like every single MMORPG categorized nicely with reviews, screenshots, videos and more. Heck they even list the game's system requirements =p



A lot of people here are linking you to random browser games which they get points for referring you. Find a good game you like on your own using the site I gave ya - it's the site I use.

lord of the rings online is cheap and decent graphics if you're just looking to waste your time and not get fully enveloped. I'm biding my time on there until Star Wars the Old Republic comes out.
