deleted quest on zelda skyward sword, how can I get it back?

My father accidently deleted his quest on Zelda Skyward Sword and he is really upset. Does anyone know if it is possible to get it back?? Any Wii Pro's out there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once you delete it, it's gone for good... Sorry. :(
If you managed to save your quest file onto your SD card before it was deleted, then you could load your data back from there, but that's about it...
